When you book an office in the software Office RND, you may continue to manage your SonderMind clients in the SonderMind portal as you have been. The only thing that is changing for you is how you book physical office space. You will now do this in the Humanly hub. Don't worry about assigning or creating a client/visitor for the appointment unless you want to make a simple note who you are seeing. This will not be shared with the client, only for your reference. Some members simply add the name "client"

Use SonderMind portal for client management and billing Humanly hub for office space reservations.
