In order to cancel your membership, you must give at least 30 days notice. Your membership will be cancelled on the day before your next billing date.
When you change your membership level, you will notice a few things happen:
1: A new invoice will be created. On this invoice you will see
- charges for your room usage between your last billing date and the date you change your membership level
- a prorated charge for your new membership from the time you change to your next billing date.
2: you will be credited for any days not used on your previous membership level.
3: any future appointments made after you changed your membership will reflect the new membership level you choose.
